Message Pastor Robert Gumbura’s Fifth Wife Deserts Him Over Physical and Sexual Abuse

Gumbura is the pastor of the RMG Independent End Time Message Church in Zimbabwe arrested in 2014 on charges of rape and pornography after it was discovered that he was forcing women of his church to have sex with him while recording the act. Gumbura himself had thirteen wives at the time.

On June 16, 2021, Gumbura’s fifth wife deserted him over allegations of physical and sexual abuse.
Polygamous End Time Message Church pastor’s fifth wife is reported to have fled to a safe house over sexual and physical abuse in the hands of her husband.Innocent Gumbura, who is married to Sarah Wendy Romol has been described as hostile, over-controlling, excessively violent, verbally abusive, belittling and manipulative person in a probation officer’s report to the magistrate court in a row over custody of four minor children which the former applied for.
