Andrew Bell has filed legal action in an attempt to conceal the religious and spiritual abuse of the Decker family by Rev. Jack Bell. YouTube has notified us that action was taken against a video wherein John Collins discussed Bell's abuse of the Decker family in a public location.

According to the action, Bell has claimed copyright violation of a video of John Collins discussing the religious and spiritual abuse. No copyrighted material was used in the video, as it was simply a video of John Collins discussing the abuse with background music produced in Collins' recording studio. A thumbnail image of Rev. Bell during the abuse of the decker family was attached to the video, which was captured during a public setting (church service) and is protected by the Fair Use Exception of United States Copyright Law.
