This Contributor Submission Policy outlines the terms and responsibilities for individuals who submit content—such as stories, research, audio, transcripts, or commentary—to Derby Media Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our") for use on the william-branham.org website, affiliated podcast(s), or video platforms (collectively, the "Platform").
1. Voluntary Submissions
By submitting content to us, you do so voluntarily and without expectation of compensation. Submission does not guarantee publication. We reserve the right to edit or reject any submission for any reason.
2. Licensing of Submissions
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you grant Derby Media Group LLC a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to publish, display, reproduce, adapt, or distribute your submitted content on the Platform and associated media. You retain ownership of your original work.
3. Responsibility for Content
You are solely responsible for the content you submit. By submitting, you affirm that:
- You have the legal right to submit the content
- The content does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other third-party rights
- The content is not defamatory, unlawful, or misleading
4. Editorial Discretion
We reserve the right to edit submissions for clarity, length, or format, while maintaining the substance of the contributor’s intent. Submissions may be combined with other material or commentary at our discretion.
5. Revocation
You may request the removal of your content from the Platform by contacting us through the Contact page. We will evaluate removal requests in good faith but are not obligated to remove published material unless required by law.
6. Attribution
We strive to credit all contributors clearly. If you wish to remain anonymous or use a pseudonym, please indicate so during submission. Attribution may be removed at your request if content is taken down.
