These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the william-branham.org website, podcast(s), and video content platforms (collectively, the "Platform") operated by Derby Media Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

The Platform has operated continuously since 2012, originally under the domain name SeekYeTheTruth.com. In May 2017, the domain william-branham.org was introduced and eventually became the primary domain. As of February 11, 2024, all rights, content, and operations were formally transferred to Derby Media Group LLC, which now owns and manages all content across both domains.

1. Use of Content

All original content, unless otherwise noted, is owned by Derby Media Group LLC and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Some materials are used under Creative Commons licenses or under fair use for educational and research purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit content for commercial use without written permission unless explicitly allowed by a Creative Commons license.

2. User Submissions

Any materials, stories, research, or commentary submitted to the Platform (including for podcasts or video episodes) remain the responsibility of the original author or submitter. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to publish, modify, and distribute the material as part of the Platform. You confirm you have the right to share such content and agree not to submit anything that violates the law or third-party rights.

3. Disclaimers

The views expressed by podcast hosts, guests, researchers, or users do not necessarily reflect the views of Derby Media Group LLC. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any third-party content hosted or referenced on the Platform.

4. Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any material on the Platform infringes your copyright, please refer to our Copyright & Takedown Policy for instructions on how to submit a claim.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
