This Copyright & DMCA Takedown Policy explains how Derby Media Group LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the operator of william-branham.org, handles copyright concerns in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512).

5. Counter-Notification
If material you submitted was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. §512(g). Counter-notifications must include all information required by law.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material unless the original claimant files an action seeking a court order within the time period specified by the DMCA.
6. Repeat Infringers
Derby Media Group LLC reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for users or contributors who are determined to be repeat infringers under applicable law.
7. Response Time
We respond to valid DMCA notices promptly, typically within 48–72 hours, and may disable access to allegedly infringing material while claims are reviewed.
8. Misrepresentation
Submitting false or misleading claims of copyright infringement may result in liability under federal law.
