DMCA Safe Harbor Notice

Effective Date: February 11, 2024

This DMCA Safe Harbor Notice is provided in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and applies to the william-branham.org website, podcast(s), and video content platforms operated by Derby Media Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Designated Agent

Derby Media Group LLC is the service provider for the Platform. If you believe that content on the Platform infringes upon your copyright, please send a written notice to our Designated Agent through the Contact page. Include the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • The URL or description of where the allegedly infringing material is located
  • Your contact information (name, email, phone, and address)
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

2. Good Faith Compliance

We respond to valid DMCA notices in good faith and will remove or restrict access to infringing content when appropriate. Repeat violations may result in termination of contributor access to the Platform.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice via the Contact page. It must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the content removed and its prior location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake
  • Your contact information and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal court

4. Contact

All DMCA notices and counter-notices must be submitted via the Contact page. We do not publish our Designated Agent’s email or physical address publicly for privacy and security reasons.
