Gene Goad was a close friend of William Branham. Together with Leo Mercier, Gene was responsible for the recording, maintenance, and public access to all of William Branham's sermons. Gene Goad and Leo Mercier also were the central figures at "The Park," a Branham-centered commune in Prescott, AZ. responsible for the physical abuse and sexual molestation of men, women, and children. Leo Mercier was accused of homosexuality by Lee Vayle, and accused of molesting and abusing children at The Park in testimony given in the Supreme Court of California.
