Jesse Branham
Jesse Branham (1918-2004) was William Branham's brother. Contrary to William Branham's "Life Story" accounts in some versions of his stage persona (ex 60-0312), Jesse was born long after the Branham family migrated from Kentucky to Indiana, and would not have been part of the nine siblings in the log cabin William Branham used for his campaign literature. By the time Jesse was born, William Branham was approximately eleven years old, and the Branham family had been in Jeffersonville, IN for approximately eight years.
Though William Branham preached strongly against remarriage after divorce in some versions of his stage persona, William Branham performed the wedding ceremony for his brother Jesse after divorcing multiple wives. Jesse Branham died in 20014 of myocardial infarction.
