Lily Galloway

Lily Galloway was William D. Upshaw's wife and president of the Women's Christian Temperance Union. They met during an event in San Bernardino, CA., during which time Galloway and Upshaw assisted in Roy E. Davis' impersonation of a Federal Agent in order to secure donations for the Ussher-Davis Children's Orphanage.
